Yippee yay, we are off to a great start fam. I actually did not hit the snooze button this morning, wearing clean leggings and shoes for a run.
The last time I ran was 16 and I had no option it was compulsory. So I kinda shocked my body when we started running ( I think I saw my dog eyeroll)
So here are a few tips for beginners like me:
1. You don’t have to spend money on workout gear if you broke.
Trust me when I say I wanted to get workout gear and Puma sneakers. I saved a buck when I picked black leggings from my wardrobe and regular sneakers (the ones I don’t wear much)
2. Listen to your body
Don’t force your body to run 10km in one go. Take it a day at a time. I am proud to say I ran a km because I rarely run.
3. Post Snack Workout is A Thing
I love food and thus I will snack after shedding a few. I like my banana ( i have a banana tree lol)and plain water lol
Kinda not wanting to run tomorrow 😂but I so can do this right!?
