Fluffy Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

Oh my goodness😱 this post should have uploaded at 9am but my network is shady and totally disrespectful but nevertheless there is never a wrong time for scrambled eggs right!?

I am a huge cheese fan (like I can totally chow down cheese casually like the cool millennial I am).So I am sharing my favourite (you totally should try it) fluffy cheesy scrambled eggs.

Course: Breakfast
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 3 minutes
Servings:1 person

2 eggs
1 slice cheese /1/2 cup cheese
1 tbsp butter or olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1.Put a frying pan onto a medium heat and put in the butter or oil.
2. Meanwhile break the eggs into a bowl and beat quickly with a fork.Add some salt and pepper to the egg mix.Grate your cheese and add into egg mixture
3.Tip the beaten eggs into the frying pan.
4.The eggs will start to solidify almost straight away – as soon as they do use a spatula and ‘pull’ the eggs in from the side to the middle. You kinda have to repeat the process. I was using a gas stove thus I had to be extra careful about heat. Make sure the cheese melts (and that.cheese scent👌😋)
5. When you feel like your egg is done and if you are not sure the egg won’t be watery you can remove from heat and serve with anything really.
